With coffee hitting record highs in recent weeks, many of us are wondering what impact this will have on our daily cup or two of coffee. Unfortunately the high prices have a far wider influence than most of us can imagine. Sweet Marias reports that it had 98 bags of coffee worth $150,000 stolen in Guatemala on route to the port, despite being accompanied by security.
