I don’t fully understand why my husband is doing it. His blood pressure is fine. He suffers no anxiety. He sleeps fine at night. He could even switch back to decaf, but he’s giving up coffee completely for some reason.
We used to love reading emails and the paper in the morning over coffee, getting each other ready for the day. Now he meditates and does yoga.
Not me. I need my different brew, aroma, or flavor every week. It’s not just how coffee gets me going each day, but how the wonderful taste and feeling of it enriches my senses.
