In what can only be described as something reminiscent of Twin Peaks, this is a commercial that David Lynch made to promote is Signature Cup Coffee. His coffee organic coffee is made by Allegro and consists of three blends, house, espresso and decaf.

As for the commercial? At four minutes long it’s really more of a short movie. It’s just him talking to the head of a Barbie doll squished between his hand… that’s all… you know… typical freaky David Lynch.

You gotta love this! A couple of guys named Dave invented something called Coffee Joulies. These bean-shaped stainless steel Joulies are filled with a  “non-toxic material” that cools coffee “to a drinkable temperature three times faster” while keep it within an appropriate temperature range for twice as long.

One of these Joulies will regulate the temperature of four ounces of coffee. So most of us will need at least three of these, depending on the size of your cup. These guys surely must be on to something as they have received an amazing amount of press coverage. They are currently working like crazy to try and get all their orders fulfilled.
