The Sacremento Bee reports that a study from the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition states that coffee does not increase blood pressure. For those who drink up to 3 cups of coffee a day, there’s no “appreciable difference in hypertension risk”. I’m sure that will be a relief to many coffee drinkers out there. What makes this site most interesting is that they plan to offer fully-referenced information and additional background data from authoritative bodies. The ability to refer to the original source(s) of an article is always appreciated, something that is often lacking in many online publications.
